Do I get access to source code?
You will only get the compiled source code. You are not allowed to modify or redistribute the source code.
Can I modify the source code?
No. You can only use the source code as-is to set up the WhisperUI in your servers. The license do not give you permission to analyze, modify, resell, share, redistribute the source code.
Do i get access to software updates?
Yes. You will get 1 year of software updates. After the 1 year period you can purchase an additional license to continue receiving updates.
Is the OpenAI API costs included?
No. You need a OpenAI API key and you will pay directly to OpenAI for the API usage.
Can I have a refund?
No. Due to the nature of the software source code being non-returnable; refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
