Delete your WhisperUI account
Request permanent deletion here, including after uninstalling the app, or in the mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirmation stops account access immediately. Automated cleanup cancels subscriptions for workspaces you own alone, removes sign-in identities and personal cloud recordings, transcripts, files and private dictation data, and replaces the account profile with an anonymous record. Content cleanup includes a 24-hour safety period for running jobs. Provider outages can delay completion. We send a completion email after cleanup; its encrypted delivery address is removed after the message is queued, or after 30 days if delivery setup remains unavailable.
Transfer ownership and billing of shared teams first. Their content remains available to other members. Required financial, fraud-prevention and security audit records may be retained for their required purposes. Files exported to other apps and copies other people saved are outside WhisperUI’s control. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
If you used Sign in with Apple, the mobile deletion flow asks Apple to revoke access. When using this web page without an Apple token, you can also stop using WhisperUI in your Apple Account settings. We still process your WhisperUI data deletion request.
Verify your account email
We send a one-use link to the email registered with WhisperUI. Opening the link does not delete your account. It expires after one hour.
